Travel Requirements for MBBS Study Abroad

You need to travel to the concerned country for the study of MBBS. These are the following steps to be followed.

1. To apply for a letter of acceptance in the university and have to collect the letter of acceptance before the visa interview.

2. The country register office should have to send the mail to the Indian embassy by mentioning the name of students who are going to attend for the visa interview.

Application:

  • New format of application.
  • Check the each and every column in application.

Covering letter:

  • Name of the student
  • Date of birth
  • Passport number
  • Phone number
  • University name

LOA:- (letter of acceptance)

  • The student name should be mentioned with correct spelling
  • The university name should be mentioned in the letter of acceptance along with the dry seal.
  • Student passport number.

T.T.Copy:

  • Date
  • Fee amount
  • Student name.

10th marksheet & inter long memo:

  • Name of the student and parents name must be compared with other document.
  • Student year of passing (10th & inter).
  • Student date of birth.
  • Marks percentage (pcb 50% in each subject).

PCC:- (police clearance certificate):

  • Name of the student
  • Issue date of pcc
  • Student passport number
  • Place of issue pcc

Affidavit:

  • Check whether student is minor (2)(or) major(1)
  • Mention the no objection and financial support of parents.
  • Parent signatures must be the same when compared with their id proofs.
  • Notary (which place)
  • Value of stamp paper

Parents id proof:

  • Pan card or driving licence or passport.
  • Check the signature on xerox copies.
  • Compare the regarding details with the oter documents of students.

Bank statements:

  • Required a one year bank statement with a closing balance of one lakh.
  • Check the parent name and the student name on the document.
  • Check each and every page closing balance .
  • Statement should be on a4 sheet paper only
  • Bank seal and authorised signature.

NEET score card:

  • NEET marks
  • Passing year
  • Recent passport size photo

NEET hall ticket:

  • Name
  • Photo

Blood test (hepatitis b) (hbs):

  • Check the student name, age and date on the medical report.
  • Must have NABH/NABL logo on reports along with seal and doctor signature.
  • NABH - (National Accreditation Board Of Hospital)

Chest x ray report:

  • Check the student name ,age and date on the medical report.
  • Must have nabh/nabl logo on reports along with seal and doctor signature.

X-Ray film:

  • Check the student name ,age and date on the medical report.
  • Must have nabh/nabl logo on reports along with seal and doctor signature.

Air ticket to & fro :- (office use):

  • Mention date of to & fro.
  • Flight number.
  • Airlines name.
  • Name of the student.

Passport original :

  • Check the student name, parent name and address with the other documents.
  • Check the passport number front and back side.

D.D.:

  • D.D amount
  • Date
  • Address
  • Branch

Passport size photo :

  • White colour background
  • Colour photos
  • Passport size photos-2
  • Recent photos.
