- • All consultancy and processing fees will be communicated in advance and are subject to change based on services rendered.
- • Fees are generally non-refundable once services are initiated unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
- • Third-party costs (university fees, visa fees, etc.) are borne by the student

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refund is applicable if the student withdraws after application submission or fails to obtain admission or visa due to misinformation or non-compliance on their part.

- • Delays or denials by embassies, immigration authorities, or universities.
